Biography:
Frank Komin graduated from the University of Kansas with a BS degree in Petroleum Engineering. He joined Arco in 1978 where he worked in a number of domestic assignments including engineering, operations and management positions in the Mid-Continent, Offshore Gulf Coast, Permian Basin, Alaska and the Los Angeles Basin. Frank joined Oxy in 2000 as Manager of Production and Development for Thums Long Beach Company. He assumed his present position as President and General Manager of Thums in February 2001.
